Farmington - Pinebrook Community

The Farmington/Pinebrook community (Farmington Estates) is a deed-restricted community governed by Protective Covenants which are registered with the state of Georgia.  Each homeowner is legally bound to comply with the Covenants.  Please read the Covenants on this website to learn of some of the restrictions placed on your property.

Special attention should be given to the restrictions pertaining to boats, trailers and campers.
