Farmington - Pinebrook Community

Farmington - Pinebrook community is located on Hereford Farm road in beautiful Evans, Georgia. We are served by three outstanding public schools. Evans Elementary School, Evans Middle School and Evans High School, are all within three miles of the neighborhood.

Neighborhood amenities available to our residents include a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, walking trails, green space, and a community playground. The community clubhouse is available to residents for parties, family gatherings or meetings for a small rental fee. Pool memberships are available to residents and non-residents for an annual membership fee. 
 
Our family friendly community hosts social activities throughout the year for both adults and children, including pool parties, cookie swaps, and neighborhood yard sales.   Farmington - Pinebrook pool also serves as host to community swim competitions throughout the season.
