Clubhouse
Farmington / Pinebrook's Clubhouse is located just off Hereford Farm Road near the entrance of the community.

Our spacious 1050 sq. ft. clubhouse offers a banquet / conference room large enough for 50 people with a great view of the pool just off the covered deck. The Clubhouse has an excellent kitchen area including a full size refrigerator with freezer, stove, and microwave oven. Seating inside the clubhouse is never a hassle; we have full sized banquet tables and chairs.

Our clubhouse is the perfect location for your next big event. Our previous rentals have included: birthday parties, wedding / baby showers and wedding receptions, graduation parties, retirement parties, family functions, neighborhood events, civic events, community events, art shows, craft shows, scout meetings, spiritual gatherings, and private business meetings. The clubhouse address is 396 Farmington Drive. It has 3 six ft., 3 eight ft., and one large round table.
To Reserve the Clubhouse: Please read our clubhouse rules and regulations by clicking on the link below and contacting Ryan Morningstar (706) 495-5191 about scheduling your next event. Please note that you must be a resident or have a residential sponsor in order to rent the clubhouse. The pool and clubhouse may not be rented together in conjunction with one event.

Resident Deposit - $100.00
Non- Resident Full Day - $150.00
Non-Resident Deposit - $150.00
PLEASE NOTE: Non-Residents MUST HAVE a Farmington/Pinebrook Resident
to serve as SPONSOR in order to reserve the clubhouse.
